Terms of Use
1. Scope of Service
exa is a software service for keeping business records in order, including invoices, customer and supplier accounts, products, orders, quotes and collections. The scope of the service may be extended or updated over time.
2. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and legal compliance of the records entered into the system. Within their organization, the user is also responsible for actions taken by team members they have authorized.
3. Account Security
The user must keep their login credentials secure. If unauthorized use, password sharing or anything else that endangers account security is detected, the service provider may take the necessary protective measures.
4. Service Continuity
We aim to provide the service without interruption; however, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, security, technical failures or third-party services. In such cases, we take reasonable steps to restore service and keep users informed.
5. Prohibited Use
Misusing the system, attempting unauthorized access, processing other people’s data without permission, or doing anything that disrupts the operation of the service is prohibited. In such cases, access may be restricted or the account may be suspended.
6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Third-party services may be used for email, e-documents, messaging, payments and similar functions. Outages, quotas, access issues or policy changes at these services may affect the related workflows.
7. Payment, Delivery and Refunds
Payment is accepted only by credit or debit card. Your first subscription starts with a free trial; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. Subscriptions are purchased monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. The unused part of the first payment is refunded if you cancel within the refund period after the first successful charge; renewals are not refundable. See Delivery and Refunds for full details.
8. Updates and Changes
The service’s interface, features and these terms of use may be updated over time. Continuing to use the service after a new version is published means you accept the updated terms.
