At exa, we care about the security of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This notice has been prepared to inform you about how we process your data and about your rights.

2. Personal Data Processed and Infrastructure Security

When you use our services, we process your name and surname, contact details, billing information, commercial transaction data and system usage logs. Your data is secured on a globally distributed edge network, with the latest TLS 1.3 encryption standards and advanced DDoS protection shields.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed to provide the service, manage invoicing processes, develop the product, provide customer support and fulfil legal obligations.

4. Data Transfer and Storage

Your data may be shared only with business partners required to perform the service (e.g. the GİB integration, payment systems). Our technology infrastructure runs on a global content delivery network (CDN) and web application firewall (WAF), ensuring that your data is hosted on isolated servers protected against unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights
