What is exa?
exa is cloud-based accounting software that lets small and growing businesses manage invoicing, customer & supplier accounts, inventory, cash & bank and technical service in one place. e-Invoicing is currently integrated with Türkiye’s GİB e-Fatura and e-Archive network.
What does accounting software do for a small business?
It lets you record and track everyday money movements — invoices, collections and payments, customer and supplier balances, inventory, income and expenses — in an orderly way. Statutory books and tax returns are usually handled by your accountant; your bookkeeping gives them clean, accurate data.
Can I keep business and household records separate? (Multiple workspaces)
A workspace is a separate, fully independent set of records in exa. You can open one workspace for your business and another for your household and switch between them with a single login; customer and supplier accounts, invoice numbers and bank accounts are kept separate in each workspace. The same setup works for multiple companies or branches.
How do I get started with exa?

Which e-invoicing network does exa integrate with?
e-Invoicing in exa is currently integrated with Türkiye’s GİB e-Fatura and e-Archive network: Turkish businesses sign in with their own GİB credentials and approve invoices directly through GİB. Outside Türkiye you can still create invoices in exa and send them to customers as PDF by email or WhatsApp.

Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
